Robb was an exemplary listing agent. Within days of him listing the house, we had an offer at above our asking price. Our experience with Robb really helped us learn the difference between a good realtor and a bad one. We originally listed our house with a different realtor, who had the listing for four months and only got us a single showing. That realtor did not seem to do anything to market the house, took poor-quality pictures, and did not even list it properly. Four months in, and we were already $20,000 below the floor that the original realtor promised us we would not have to settle for, and he still couldn't get a showing. When we fired our original realtor and hired Robb, he posted the listing at the same price it had been at for a week without a showing. He listed it on Tuesday, had three showings and an open house by the weekend, and got us an offer above our asking price. All this took place while we were in Arizona (we've never even met in person!). Our only mistake in this process was not hiring Robb in the first place. Had we done so, we'd probably be $50,000 richer and would have avoided four months of financial stress. Don't make our mistake. If you're selling your house, give Robb the listing because he will put in the effort to get it sold and get you the best price possible.

Robb is an excellent agent. He handled our sale with diligence, courtesy and respect. He anticipated our needs and request. Several time before we even knew what the need was. Our sale was a long distance sale and he was right there every time we needed him. He's the best in our book.

Robb came prepared with a complete market analysis on the first meeting. He was excellent to work with. Very responsive and understanding as he was working with my elderly parents. In a week's time, we had 15 showing sold the house on day 9. I would definitely recommend Robb to anyone interesting in selling their home.

Robb was a trusted advisor throughout the process of selling our home. We got what we wanted for our house and he never encouraged us to reduce the price just to generate a sale. In fact, he recommended we counter multiple times with a full price counter and stay firm on our price, which turned out to be the right path because we sold it for full asking.
