Robb was an exemplary listing agent. Within days of him listing the house, we had an offer at above our asking price. Our experience with Robb really helped us learn the difference between a good realtor and a bad one. We originally listed our house with a different realtor, who had the listing for four months and only got us a single showing. That realtor did not seem to do anything to market the house, took poor-quality pictures, and did not even list it properly. Four months in, and we were already $20,000 below the floor that the original realtor promised us we would not have to settle for, and he still couldn't get a showing.
